Jimmy and Frank came to my house today and replaced my furnace/AC unit. They were very professional and friendly. Worked efficiently and did a superior job. I’m so relieved after having my furnace repaired today! I had no heat, so I left a message after 5pm and got a call at 8am the next day for an appointment at 9:30 – amazing! Then Brian showed up, quickly found the problem, explained everything he did, and answered my questions about preventative maintenance to avoid future problems. He went the extra mile to make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again, and did it all with a friendly attitude. And I got all this for a completely reasonable price! I’m now a loyal customer for Melton’s.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and installation of our new Trane furnace, air conditioner and whole house air cleaner. System was ordered and installed within a couple of days. Technicians Michael & Keegan were on time and completed installation of all components, tested the system, and cleaned up before leaving–all by 2pm. We also purchased a new Ecobee smart thermostat with voice control that was up and running in minutes. I was able to work directly with the Melton’s owner to design and select system components to maximize our investment. Pricing was fair to begin with and the owner found some further discounts. If only I could get my husband to stop talking to the “Alexa” built into the thermostat getting her to tell jokes…

My highest respect for all the staff at Melton’s Heating & air conditioning. Doing business with Brian, Rochelle, Colleen, Martin and Jason has been remarkable! Beginning with our first contact with Melton’s, my wife and I have been treated with great respect, courtesy, patience and kindness. We purchased a new Ruud gas furnace and air conditioner and had them installed on March 17, 2020 by Martin & Jason. These two installers were top notch in the industry. If possible, I would give them 10 stars. Their work was simply amazing! Square, plumb and level says it all. The excellent quality of their installations clearly reflect the quality of their management. At my age of 75 years, it was a very refreshing experience. If it were possible, I would recommend additional compensation for Martin, Jason and all of your staff that I personally interacted with. Thank you and God Bless. Pete

Meltons installed our heat pump 2 days ago. It is so quiet and warm ! Even our bedrooms are warm now. Everyone in our home can relax now with the cozy warmth ! Thank you Jon and crew for the great job in reworking the ductwork and installing our new HVAC system. Our 30 year old train finally bit the dust. Best of all, the savings from the new, energy efficient system is literally paying for itself by being more than what our loan payment is each month. Great followup after as well. When our AC unit went down, our repairman Ramon quickly diagnosed the issue, took apart the machine, cleaned it, repaired it, and put it back together all while giving us helpful tips on how to better utilize the unit and easier ways to maintain it. He was very polite, courteous, and informative. I could not have asked for better service.

In January the ignitor for my 29 year old gas furnace went out. Who should I call? Several companies were unable to respond for a week or more. I called Melton’s and they were here the next day. In hours I had heat again. I knew, however, that I was on “borrowed time”. I received six bids for a new furnace and ac unit; Melton’s was the most competitive. Brian, the sales representative, followed up and answered all of my questions. I chose Melton’s and could not be more pleased. They promised to arrive shortly after 8:00 a.m. and would be finished by 5:00 p.m. In fact, they were finished at 3:15 p.m. Their work was very neat and professional. I would highly recommend Melton’s for any of your heating and AC needs. They are a hometown firm that understands and delivers high quality customer service.

From the time I spoke to Brian through the install itself I have never been more impressed with a companies customer service skills and workmanship. They simply go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. From the time they arrived and took out the old then replaced it with the new was only about 5 hrs. They were meticulous and thorough. I don’t take these reviews lightly so when I give them with 5 stars it truly is because they earned it. Great company with a great team representing them and that includes the office staff 🙂 Thank you Melton’s, system works great!

During the recent cold weather (12/9/16) we woke up to a dead furnace! We contacted Melton’s as soon as they opened and they were able to respond and repair the SAME day. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and thorough. We appreciated both the fast response (on what was one of the coldest days of the year) and the fact that we had heat before Joshua left our home. I would recommend Melton’s for their professionalism and cost.

WE had a mild early summer so it was not necessary to turn our air conditioning on…so when the temp. went back up to the 90’s last Sunday we found our air was a goner. I went on line and ordered up a service call from Melton’s. The young repairman showed up and told us we were going to need to replace the unit. Brian came that afternoon and counseled us on what and how. During all of the week we have out of area guests staying in our very very very hot home.
Thursday morning we received a call from Randy at Melton’s ” would be able to have our new furnace and air installed on Friday morning at 8:00 AM…
I have heard horror stories of folks waiting weeks for such services to be completed.
The crew showed up on time Friday. They were polite and quickly started their jobs. I have been so impressed with the quality of service from the first contact by email on a Sunday afternoon to the Friday installations.

Thank you for the very good job you did on our heater/ heat pump installation. I am amazed at the short time it took (2 days).
Everybody involved did a wonderful job. The lady on the phone was very professional and informative. Brian answered all our questions and told us all of our options. Mike and Ramone went right to work and did a very clean and good looking installation. The electrical put in his part the way I asked him to. I realize retro-fitting an old system like we had is no easy but you made it look like it is. You certainly will have our recommendation to any of our friends and organizations.
If there are any extra charges for anything please let me know, as I asked the electrical to make some changes from the old hook-ups.

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding
customer service provided by your service technicians, Jim and Nick, who
provided their services on July 18th.
Jim had worked at servicing our HVAC and while beginning work on our A/C,
it stopped working correctly. Jim put in a service request to the office but, the
next appointment wasn’t available until the following Tuesday. When I
explained to Jim that I have serious health issues and I am not able to
tolerate the heat, especially the 90+ degree heat wave we are having, he made
sure to make arrangements for someone to come out that same evening. For
that I am truly grateful.
I really commend the prompt service provided by Nick, who showed up later
that evening, and even though it was a Friday night around 7pm, he did not
complain which was a great relief.
Jim and Nick’s personalized customer service and hospitality were really
appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to go the extra mile for me. Your
patience and kindness has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for making this
experience a good one.
