Heat Pump Replacement

Melton's just installed a new replacement heat pump for me. Wonderful service, timely, 
got right on it. Randy was very efficient to work with and his installers were in and out 
of here in about 4 hours, very courteous, respectful. Couldn't have asked for more

Heating Ducts Cleaned

Cheryl from Melton\'s came out and cleaned all the heat ducts and returns in our home. I wanted 
to express our appreciation for the friendly and professional way she treated my wife and I, 
and our home. Dealing with customers for most of my time in the telephone industry I can 
without hesitation say that Cheryl is an asset to your company. Again I cannot say enough nor 
totally express how pleased my wife and I were treated and pleased with the work that was done.

Immediate Service

Great and immediate service, they were able to replace a broken furnace the 
SAME day I called them. They made the tax refund information very clear. 
They exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them to anyone 
for furnace repair and replacement.

Heat Pump Installation

Thank you for the very good job you did on our heater/ heat pump installation. I am amazed at the short time it took (2 days).
Everybody involved did a wonderful job. The lady on the phone was very professional and informative. Brian answered all our questions and told us all of our options. Mike and Ramone went right to work and did a very clean and good looking installation. The electrical put in his part the way I asked him to. I realize retro-fitting an old system like we had is no easy but you made it look like it is. You certainly will have our recommendation to any of our friends and organizations.
If there are any extra charges for anything please let me know, as I asked the electrical to make some changes from the old hook-ups.

Outstanding Customer Service

I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding 
customer service provided by your service technicians, Jim and Nick, who 
provided their services on July 18th.

Jim had worked at servicing our HVAC and while beginning work on our A/C, 
it stopped working correctly. Jim put in a service request to the office but, the 
next appointment wasn’t available until the following Tuesday. When I 
explained to Jim that I have serious health issues and I am not able to 
tolerate the heat, especially the 90+ degree heat wave we are having, he made 
sure to make arrangements for someone to come out that same evening. For 
that I am truly grateful.

I really commend the prompt service provided by Nick, who showed up later 
that evening, and even though it was a Friday night around 7pm, he did not 
complain which was a great relief.

Jim and Nick’s personalized customer service and hospitality were really 
appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to go the extra mile for me. Your 
patience and kindness has not gone unnoticed. Thank you for making this 
experience a good one.

Mini Split Installation

Service and speed couldn't have been better. Randy went the extra mile, (several times!) 
to make my father happy and comfortable with his new mini split system. He returned calls 
quickly, arranged installation quickly, and had excellent follow up. Best customer service I
have experienced from a company in a long time! Thank you!

Furnace Repair

Had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed, I had no heat and they went the 
extra mile to fit me in and had the job done in less then one day. Excellent customer 
service. Would highly recommend them.
